Accessibility Statement

ELLYTIC Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1/2.2, and applicable national legislation in Germany and the EU.

We aim to ensure that our website, web platform and digital services can be used by people with:

  • visual impairments
  • auditory impairments
  • motor or mobility limitations
  • cognitive and neurological disabilities
  • temporary or situational limitations (e.g., low contrast environments, mobile use)

1. Accessibility Measures

To ensure accessibility, we implement the following measures:

  • WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA-aligned design principles
  • Semantic HTML structure and ARIA landmarks
  • Keyboard navigation support
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios
  • Scalable text and responsive layout
  • Error-prevention mechanisms in forms and wizards
  • Screen reader compatibility (tested with VoiceOver and NVDA)
  • AI-assisted interpretation in multiple languages
  • Continuous human review of UX accessibility issues

We regularly audit our UI using automated evaluation tools and manual expert testing.

2. Compliance Status

Our website and platform are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA due to the following known limitations:

  • Some dynamically generated AI content may not receive automated ARIA annotations
  • Certain third-party integrations may not meet full WCAG criteria
  • Some translations may not fully support plain-language accessibility guidelines

We are actively improving these areas.

3. Feedback and Reporting Accessibility Issues

If you experience accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact:

  • or your local EU national accessibility authority.

5. Ongoing Improvements

We conduct regular reviews and updates to enhance accessibility across the platform, especially as new features, AI modules and workflows are introduced.
